the location was convenient. it provided easy access to nearby amenities. aisha from the reception team was helpful. she ensured my check-in was smooth.
i found the room furnishings somewhat dated. the bathroom lacked a shower door. this caused water to spray around the area after each shower. soap was not replaced promptly after it ran out.

freeman at concierge provided a high standard service. i found the staff very helpful. ayesha, freeman, pawan, and mudassar were amazing at the front desk. nitin and aman, the manager, were helpful also.

Aman and Layal were friendly and professional. Meeting them was a pleasure. The housekeeping team impressed me with their attention to detail (especially my room attendant on April 1st!). I found the room size perfect, providing ample space to relax, and I extended my visit because of this great service. The proximity to two metro stations offered easy access to explore.
The coffee from the machine was a bit poor.
